A Gem From the Sonoran Desert of Mexico

Yoowe Bacanora is made by Maestro Ramon Miranda in the village of Alamos in southern Sonora. This Bacanora is made from agave Angustifolia Pacifica - a cousin of the Espadín. The agave is cooked in a traditional underground oven with mesquite and oak. Afte
