Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is what Wiston has won the most awards for over the years. Chardonnay and our chalky South Downs soils were made for each other. Notes of intense nougat and lemon zest on the nose, with ripe greengage, apples, and pastry flavours on the palate.
