Clear, pale golden amber. Aromas of honeyed and spiced cereal with white pepper, toasty oak and blackberry fruit. Dry spiced oak, caramel and vanilla fudge with assertive black pepper spice. Faint apricot and mocha coffee. Oak tannins, blackened fruit cake and lingering spicy oak on the aftertaste.
