Henri de Villamont Bourgogne Aligote

This Bourgogne Aligoté has the colour of straw. The discreet nose recalls lime-tree, hazelnut and white fruits. In the mouth, it is very vivid. Can be paired with white fish such as hake, gougères and goes very well with onion tart.
