Domaine Amelie et Charles Sparr Sensation Pinot Gris

Oily, spicy, lush and tropical but a fine vein of acidity, lots of juicy mandarin segments on nose and palate. A firm pinot gris with green apples, pears and wet stones on the nose. Roasted almonds and sesame seeds provide nice complexity. It's medium-to full-bodied with crisp acidity.
