Bumbu The OG is inspired by a 400 years old Caribbean recipe. Sailors in Barbados softened raw Rum with Banana, spices and Sugar straight into the cask. Bumbies called it ¨Bumbo clap!¨. Bumbu The OG is crafted at our distillery founded in 1893 and continuously operated for more than 120 years. The yeast used during fermentation and our original iron pot stills are a distillery secret.
