This medium-bodied white has excellent freshness. Notes of lemons, salted olives, Asian pears, and seashells are accompanied by crisp acidity. It has an elegant, dry, and mineral finish. A very compelling argument for Assyrtiko as one of the great grapes of Greece and the world.
